Having wrestled my entire life and earning a Division I roster spot at the United States Military Academy, I didn’t discover cycling until an injury brought my wrestling career to an early end. While starting the sport in college is considered late by most standards, it gave me the opportunity to explore nearly every cycling discipline in an incredible environment. I quickly progressed from the “D” to “A” category and graduated from West Point in 2017 as an Engineer Officer, later stationed in Colorado Springs.
Over the next two years, I balanced full-time military duties with rigorous training, using personal leave to race across the country. That dedication led to my acceptance into the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program as their first-ever cyclist. Specializing in track cycling, I went on to win three national championships, represent Team USA at the Pan American Championships, compete in multiple Nations Cups, and earn a place on the USA Cycling National Team from 2022 to 2024.
In 2024, I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and completed a Master’s in Sports Science at the University of Pittsburgh. I now aim to merge elite athletic experience with cutting-edge sports science to help others reach their full potential.
